Assign a ticket label
If you’d like to add a label to a ticket manually, please follow the steps below.
1. Open the conversation in your inbox and click the ‘label’ icon. You can now choose the label you’d like to attach;
2. The label is shown at the top of the ticket itself, and in the summary in your inbox.
ℹ️ To delete the attached label, you’d click the ‘cross’ icon on the label itself.
