Within Trengo, every user has the option to set themselves as 'available for team chat’ or 'not available for team chat’. You can set your team chat availability to (not) receive team chat notifications, and let your colleagues know you’re available or not to answer questions via team chat.
Setting your team chat availability
Change your team chat availability by clicking your profile picture in the left bottom corner, and clicking the toggle ‘Available for team chat’.
Your team’s availability
In Trengo, you can find the availability status of a colleague represented by a green, red, or grey circle, next to their profile picture.
If the circle is green, this person is online and available for team chat. A red circle means the person is online and unavailable for team chat, and a grey circle represents the person is offline.
