Do you want to close multiple tickets, but not by handling them all individually? Don’t worry! Within the Trengo inbox, you can close, assign, mark as spam, or delete up to 50 conversations at a time using bulk actions.
Follow the steps below to close, assign, mark as spam, or delete multiple tickets at once.
1. Navigate to your inbox and click the coloured circles of the tickets you’d like to perform a bulk action on;
ℹ️ You can also click the circle left of ‘With selected’ to select 50 tickets at once.
2. Click the downward arrow right of ‘With selected’, and choose your preferred action.
ℹ️ Do note that it’s not possible to retrieve deleted tickets.
