Creating your email theme

All emails in Trengo are sent out with the same styling. Do you want to go with another look? We got you covered, as you can style your email with a personal touch using the email theme feature.

Create an email theme

Follow the steps below to create your own email theme in Trengo.

1. Navigate to Settings > Channels > Email > Manage styles and click the ‘plus’ icon;

2. Create your email theme.

1. Title: Add the internal name for your custom theme here.

2. Font color: Choose which font color you’d like to use.

3. Font size: Pick your font size (10px to 25px).

4. Line height: The line height (10px to 25px) will determine the vertical space between your lines.

5. Font family: Choose a web-safe font for your font family.

6. Text direction: Your text can be typed from left to right, or from right to left.

ℹ️ You’ll find a preview of your email theme below the settings.

Don't forget to save your changes, and you can now select your email theme while configuring your email channel.
