Sometimes, a customer would like to receive a copy of your conversation, or you want to share a conversation with a colleague outside Trengo. Therefore Trengo lets you download your conversation as a PDF file.
Download a conversation
To achieve this, you head to the conversation you’d like to download, click the three dots and choose ‘Download’.
The ticket will now be downloaded to your computer as a PDF file.
