Pause a call
Follow the steps below to temporarily put an active call in the queue.
1. After picking up the call, click the ‘Pause’ button;

2. The call is now back in the queue and the caller will hear your queue music. You can double-check this by checking the ‘Mute’ and ‘Pause’ icons that changed.
