Before you get started connecting the WhatsApp Business API to your Trengo inbox, Trengo offers the possibility to test out this functionality. You need an ‘Admin’ account in Trengo and a number that is connected to WhatsApp.
Try out the WhatsApp Business API
To try out the functionality, follow the steps below.
1. Head to Settings > Channels > WhatsApp Business and click ‘Test WhatsApp Business’;
2. Scan the QR code or enter your phone number, and follow the provided instructions;
3. A ticket gets created in Trengo and you can start communicating.
