Trengo offers a variety of pricing plans and billing cycles. Your subscription is reoccurring and automated, which depends on the plan and the billing cycle you choose.
The billing cycle has an interval of thirty days, at which we bill you according to the plan you subscribed to. At any time, you can choose to extend your billing cycle to a longer interval of one time per year, at which you will earn a discount.

In Trengo you can be billed for the following features:

As you can upgrade your plan at any time during your subscription, we will always calculate the new price over the remaining time of your account.

Is there a setup fee?
No, there is no setup fee for regular Trengo account plans.
Do I need to enter my payment details to sign up?
No, you can try out Trengo for fourteen days without sharing your payment details with us. At the end of your 14-day trial, we'll ask you to pick a plan and then enter your payment details.
Can I change my plan later on?
Definitely, you can always upgrade your plan. A downgrade will be processed at the end of your current subscription plan.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Trengo account at any time. The cancellation will be processed at the end of your current subscription, if all open invoices have been paid. So you will have until the end of that period of time to enjoy Trengo.
