It’s time to make life easier for business sellers at bol.com. From now on, all customer questions will go directly from their bol.com portal to the Trengo inbox. With Trengo, sellers can collaborate on conversations and reply faster than ever before.

Combining forces

Bol.com is one of the most popular e-commerce platforms in the Netherlands and Belgium.  It is an important link between e-commerce companies and their customers. Right now, there are more than 20.000 entrepreneurs who sell their products by the platform. During this process, there are various contact moments between customer and seller. Trengo is the solution to optimize and simplify these moments.

Trengo offers the possibility to integrate different software solutions within the inbox. Think of possibilities like E-commerce, team chat, and CRM. This helps teams to put together an inbox that enables efficient processes.

Maintain customer relationships

In addition to Hubspot, Pipedrive, and Exactonline, we can now add bol.com to our list of CRM integrations. This makes it even easier for business sellers on bol.com to maintain their customer relationships. All messages will be received and answered within Trengo. It is no longer necessary to log in to the bol.com partner account.

When a customer asks a question via bol.com, it will automatically appear as a ticket in Trengo. The seller can then use our tools to get started with the ticket. For example, assign tickets to employees or set a reminder for a certain ticket. Everything to help the bol.com user to provide an amazing and efficient customer experience.
