Are you used to helping Tech companies double in size year over year?

If so we're preparing for a wild ride: we plan to double in size during 2022. And you can only imagine what we are preparing for 2023.

To make sure this ride is fun-wild and not scary-wild, your challenge as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Trengo is creating and implementing the best strategies to attract and hire the most various talent for different teams in a SaaS B2B Space. If you want to lead a team of 2 - that will grow really fast to 4 - Recruiters, and be part of the growth of one of the most fun, growth-driven, human-centric and fast-growing Tech companies, this opportunity is for you!

What your day looks like

Let's break down this vision into a little taste of your work at Trengo: 

  • You will lead all the Talent Acquisition strategies of Trengo in order to hire great Talent.
  • You will coach, train and develop a fantastic team of 4 Talent Acquisitions Specialists from different seniority levels. (will grow more next year!)
  • You will work with hiring managers on their recruitment needs by challenging them, bringing fresh ideas, and letting them know what the candidate market really looks like. Even when things get tough.
  • You will lead the Employer Branding Strategy to attract the best talent for Trengo together with the Marketing team and People team and involve other departments in a hiring collaboration.
  • You will source, interview, and hire the best leaders to help Trengo to scale.
  • You like to show empathy to all the candidates and have an honest, valuable discussion. Candidate experience is always a priority in our team.
  • Trengo's recruitment process is a living thing, so we often carry out projects to make it even smoother and more efficient. You are the driver of projects and initiatives to keep improving both our candidate experience as well as our internal stakeholder experience.
What we expect

Now that you know a bit about us, can you tell us a bit about you? I hope you can identify yourself with some of these:

  • You are an experienced Recruiter with some team-leading/coaching experience or ideally already leading a small team.
  • You are able to create a hiring strategy to double a SaaS business in size - if you did it once or twice you can do it one more time in style, with us.
  • You interview candidates in a semi-structured framework, with competency-based questions for Leadership positions. You might handle 2 to 5 Leadership roles at the time.
  • Advising the business, the leadership team and hiring managers is something that you do with passion, strategy, and care in order to improve the quality of hiring and protect the culture of Trengo.
  • Even if you're data-driven and in control of your output, you know that the end doesn't justify the means. Our monthly target is a number, but the quality of hires is the ultimate goal.
  • You're a proactive partner to the business, by recognizing recruitment trends within Trengo and acting on them.
  • You are forward-thinking: you're up to date with the current recruitment trends and have a unique point of view about how to be successful in the recruitment Tech scene.
  • Your English is fluent. If you know another language is always a plus, remember we have 27 different nationalities and you will be someone that will help to improve this number.
