What your day looks like
Let's break down this vision into a little taste of your work at Trengo:
- Conduct market research to inform go-to-market strategy, target segments, and messaging for our key audience segments.
- Develop insight-led, differentiated positioning that translates the capabilities of our product into business value for Trengo’s customers.
- Own Trengo’s competitive analysis strategy, and turn market intel into takeout campaigns, sales enablement and insight for our product and marketing teams.
- Build, deliver and create effective enablement for customer-facing teams, empowering them to position better in the B2B SME market.
- Lead our win/loss analysis and share findings to senior leadership, customer -facing teams and the Product team.
- Spearhead our ICP and buyer persona analysis, ensuring we’re targeting the right buyers and all Trengo teams are enabled on who they are and why they choose Trengo.
What we expect
Now that you know a bit about us, can you tell us a bit about you? I hope you can identify yourself with some of these:
- You have 3+ years of product marketing experience, including 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience
- You have experience working cross-functionally across marketing, Sales and BI teams.
- You are a strategic thinker, able to balance long-term vision with short-term practical steps, tactics and goals
- You have a customer-centric mindset with an understanding of how to use data and research, and translate them into meaningful, actionable recommendations
- You have experience in building integrated marketing strategies, choosing the right channels to bring products to market
