We make it easy for customer-facing teams to collaborate on conversations via channels such as email, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, voice, and website chat in one shared inbox. With a 1.75M investment from Peak Capital, we are strengthening our position in the Netherlands and accelerating our rapid growth in Europe.
We pride ourself in building software that helps our clients give their customers a great customer experience. Our Customer Happiness Agents are our software experts, helping our clients, speaking from experience. Are you the service oriented, tech savvy, multitasker we are looking for?
Hoe ziet je dag eruit
- You are the go to person for clients about enquiries on our product, anything from simple questions to complex technical setups as well as onboarding new customers;
- You'll manage all customer communication channels, naturally by using our software;
- If you find anything that can be improved in our communication, you share that with your team;
- You continuously look for ways to automate our communication and how to work efficiently.
Wat verwachten wij van jou
- Excellent communication skills with a service oriented attitude and a drive to give our clients the best customer experience;
- Minimum of Bachelor (BBA) education;
- 1 year work experience in a similar role in a high velocity environment;
- Near native level English + Dutch, and another European language would be a plus.
