Utrecht - Trengo, the customer engagement platform from the Netherlands announced its latest partnership and integration with one of the leading global marketing automation platforms, Klaviyo.
With this integration, e-commerce businesses can now leverage WhatsApp to increase conversion in the pre-purchase funnel by connecting with their customers at critical moments in the buying process. For example, companies can announce pre-sale and back-in-stock notifications as well as reminders to check out after a consumer has left items in their digital shopping carts.
Furthermore, businesses can trigger event-based, highly-relevant messages, such as order notifications and shipping updates, gathering post-purchase feedback and sending product-specific instructions after the purchase. E-commerce companies can now also send newsletters with personalised vouchers, set up recurring purchases or build an automated loyalty program through WhatsApp Broadcast.
