1. How to use WhatsApp Business (WAB) in your browser
The quickest way to get up and running is by using WhatsApp Business in your browser. This simply opens WhatsApp in a tab. WhatsApp Business can be used in various browsers, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. However, you can only have one WhatsApp Web browser tab open at the same time.
Set-up:
- First, head over to https://web.whatsapp.com/
