Frequently asked questions

Can I bring a colleague?
Yes, we’d love to have your colleagues join too! Make sure they also purchase a ticket before they sell out.
Is there parking nearby?
We are currently looking into complimentary parking (stay tuned!), but there are also several parking lots within a 15 minute walking distance to the office including in the InterPark in the Hoog Catharijn, Q-Park near the station or you can explore other options with the ParkBee app.
Is there a group discount?
Contact your Customer Success Manager for all discounts! They’ll help you get a good deal so that everyone can attend!
I am not a Trengo customer, can I attend?
Of course. Some of the sessions will be specifically designed for our customer base, however, anyone interested in customer engagement will benefit from the conference!
Can you accommodate for allergies in the food options?
We will strive to provide as many options as possible (vegetarian, vegan, halal, dairy-free, gluten-free). Please reach out with any dietary requests to events@trengo.com and we’ll do our best make sure there is something for you!
Will there be a place to work between sessions?
Trengo HQ is outfitted with WiFi which will be available for all attendees. We will also designate areas for quiet work. That being said, breaks will be designed around networking so make sure to clear your schedule as best possible to maximise your conference takeaways.
I can’t attend, can I get a refund?
Bummer! We’d encourage you to find someone else in your team who might be able to attend. If not, we can refund cancellations up to 14 days before the event.
What is the dress code?
Come as you are! The priority is that you are comfortable and ready to connect with new people. Any outfit that fits that bill is ok by us!
Will this event be recorded?
We will have a photographer taking candid photos of attendees and some of the talks may be recorded. If you would not like to be recorded, please reach out to events@trengo.com and we will make sure that you are excluded from any photos or recordings.
What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes access to The Convo conference (March 12th) and, if you select the free add-on, you can also access the AI & automation academy (March 11th). On both days you will receive refreshments, borrel, and on the Wednesday, lunch too.
Do I have to go to both days of the event?
No, but we do have some suggestions here to make sure you get the most out of your ticket price. March 12th, The Convo conference is the main event. We highly recommend that if you purchase a ticket, you attend this part. March 11th, the AI & automation assembly, is an optional add-on. If you would like to attend, make sure you add this as an add-on when purchasing your ticket.
Is the conference venue accessible?
The building is wheelchair accessible with multiple elevators. Please reach out to us at events@trengo.com to make sure we can assist you getting in and between floors as our building is secure and requires keycard access when using the elevator between floors.
